Fire Oak Vineyard is situated on a gradual slope, just north of San Saba Peak, that has wonderful 360 degree views. Being on a hill side, we have excellent winds and diurnal shifts that the grapes love and need for proper ripening. The varieties that we have selected for our site are a great match for our mix of gravely, caliche, clay-loam soils. We look forward to continuing to grow great quality grapes and furthering the Texas Wine industry.
